Blog Desi healthy lifestyle Blog Archive 14-day raw challenge
Dear readers, the weather warms and the first spring will soon knock on our doors. So I decided to take a spring detox and nourish 14 days with a completely raw food. Moreover we are now in a period of Lent. Every day from 14.03 to 27.03.2011g will share my menus and new recipes. If you can join me if you need some advice, gladly responded.
For raw challenge I made from raw sprouted buckwheat crackers and raw Mediterranean protein steam table thermodynamics omega 3 crackers to use as a substitute for whole-grain bread. I made a raw and gluten-free granola bars instead of unroasted bar with oatmeal. I will eat them before workout. Stock'm with fruits, vegetables and raw nuts. I did and raw almond dip, which is a great substitute cheese for those who still consume dairy products. My little garden with sunflower seedlings should be ready in a few days.
