Improvised aperitif with friends at home and you do not have fries with that? No problem heated serving trays ... if you have water, salt, flour and cornmeal 00 I will solve the problem I: the nachos ... They are really easy and quick to prepare and the result is even better than the chips in the bag. The nachos are served with various sauces, usually sprinkled with melted cheese. I once they are ready put them in a saucer, a dash of chili sauce, a few slices of cheese (usually Swiss cheese) and a few seconds in the microwave to melt it. After the recipe I propose other alternatives to serve them.
Mix all ingredients and knead with enough hot water to get a smooth and elastic dough. Take a ball of dough, roll it out to disk and cut 8 triangles heated serving trays by cutting along the diagonals. Heat the oil then tuffateci the chips being careful not to burn them. Drain well and add salt oil still a bit 'on heated serving trays the surface.
Cheeseburger Nachos: fried onion + 200g of minced meat, once the meat is well browned season with a clove of garlic thinly sliced, paprika, flavor to roasts, half nut meat, a tablespoon of tomato paste, cover with water and simmer for about an hour. Sprinkle the nachos with sauce then cover this kind of stringy provolone cheese, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese heated serving trays and put into the oven to melt the cheese.
Curry Nachos: a curry sauce prepared by mixing 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of curry powder, heated serving trays pour it over the nachos and add strips of chicken sauteed quickly in a pan.
