This dish came to him so well that we have already prepared several times during these torrid months tamascal and was born completely at random one day when we were at dinner at the home of his parents, and as most of the times it happens on such occasions, our lunch would be the slice of turkey to be done to the plate as an accompaniment to salad (no, the white rice in the reserve for the winter months!). Andre, fed dell'insipida slice of turkey, he endeavored with what we had available and shredded peppers and onion stir-fry making and throwing ourselves together (it's exactly what happened tamascal ... model dribble, rebound and basket on the board!) the shredded turkey into thin strips like the pepper, in the end we have added the bbq sauce that sat on the table and the result was really tasty and soooo good!
Solttilmente Slice the onion and fry gently in the oil heated in a wok, take out the seeds of the peppers tamascal and cut into strips both, you blast it all together with the onion over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly so that it does not burn.
Reduce strips also in the turkey (or chicken) and when the peppers are tender, add that too in a wok, stir everything together and always cook the meat for a few minutes before serving, add the sauce and bbq in the wo regulated at pleasure salt and pepper.
