Waalaikumsalam Aida. Slice of cheesecake this is not very difficult to do. Conditions beaten egg white betul2 tu let up hard and horned (soft peak). I use an electric oven. although the water is hot but not boiling until terpecik-pecik. glosche Many cakes are adopting this method, and as far as I surf and see komen2, there was never a problem on this boiling water.
