Vegetarian pate with green lentils gastronormbakken

I am a big fan of Mexican cuisine, sharp intense flavors of chili and jalapeno and the fabulous smell of dried coriander gastronormbakken (hence the name of the blog of course). First, I present to you a recipe for baked nachos with tomato salsa. It is quite a long time my weakness, it is mandatory for every good movie;) Ingredients: - pack nachos, preferably salted - Gouda cheese (ankle) - half a can of tomatoes - small onions - garlic approx. (2 cloves) - oil - parsley - lots of cilantro - chili - jalapeno peppers - olives - cream for decoration are focused oven to 150 degrees, at this time, grate cheese. Nachos pour into a casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and put them in the oven until the cheese is completely melted. During this time, fry in a pan pressed garlic and chopped onion, until a soft and delicate. Add the chopped parsley, coriander and chilli (depending on whether the salsa to be more or less severe). Pour into a bowl of canned tomatoes, add them fried garlic with onions and spices, add chopped olives, jalapeno peppers and mix everything together. Remove the baked nachos from the oven, pour on them pretty evenly formed and salsa in the middle of doing blob of sour cream. Our "nachos con salsa de tomates" are ready! gastronormbakken Ideal as a snack to beer, I will add that it is serving for 2-óch people and is very stodgy.
